Routes
A route is a list of orders that includes all the delivery locations and the order to visit them in.
If multiple routes are assigned to you, the earliest starting route opens by default.
Choosing routes

Tap on the top left of the screen and go to the settings menu.

Tap Choose a route.

Find the route you need and tap Select.

Your orders will appear on the map as well as the order list.
A route is deemed completed when all the depots inside it are marked as visited, and the orders are marked as Delivered, Partially delivered, or Canceled.
To view today's completed routes, tap Show completed routes in the list of routes.
What it looks like
Note
If you handle orders for multiple companies and don't see any routes in your order list, make sure you selected the correct company and username first. You can change your company and login in the Courier settings menu if necessary.
Viewing routes
Your routes are displayed on the map and the order list. The map view is enabled by default. You can swap between Map / List view types at the top of the screen.
The map shows:
- Your depot.
- Your order location. The number on the icon corresponds to the order sequence for your route.
- Courier's current location.
- Timeline with orders and depots.
- The courier's position on the timeline.

You can explore the map by moving the visible part of the map around. The zoom in or out, pinch your fingers in or out.
You can switch between orders via the timeline (4) at the bottom of the screen:
- Slide the timescale to the left or right.
- Find an order or depot.
- Click the icon. The visible area of the map will jump to the selected order or depot with the corresponding icon highlighted in red on the timeline and the map.
The order lists displays depots and orders in the order they must be visited in. In some cases, the route is not fully visible. See Limiting the number of visible orders for more information.
If you've activated the option to view the routes for tomorrow, you'll see them in the general list of routes.
If you have the Yandex Navigator app installed, you can open the entire route in it. To do this:
- Open the route as a list.
- To the right of the Plot route in Yandex Navigator field, tap .
The route is built taking into account the dimensions and weight of the vehicle as well as other restrictions. To learn what exact restrictions may affect your route, contact your logistics coordinator.
