Changing the courier delivery interval

Couriers can change the order delivery interval in the mobile app. For example, the courier called the client and changed the order delivery time.

If company couriers deliver orders only at pre-approved time intervals and don't communicate with order recipients, you can disable the option that allows couriers to change delivery intervals. The option is enabled or disabled for all company couriers.

Note

By default, changing the order delivery interval is allowed.

To disable or enable this option, as well as to find out its status, write to the support service. The courier can use the new feature only after they restart the mobile app.
