Displaying and editing the order list
The order list view in the mobile app and the courier's ability to edit the route are set up based on the company needs.
The list of orders in the app may be full or limited. To manage it, use the Order list display function.
- Enabled
- The courier sees a full list of orders.
- Disabled
- The courier sees only the current order and the next one. The following orders appear one by one after the previous order is delivered or canceled.
To disable or enable this option, as well as to find out its status, write to the support service. The courier can use the new feature only after they restart the mobile app.
Note
By default, the option is on.
The option is enabled or disabled for all company couriers.
How the option affects the courier's ability to edit the route
Couriers can change the order sequence in the app if the Allow couriers to edit the route option is enabled for the depot.
Warning
The courier can edit the route only if coordinates are received from them.
The statuses of the Order list display and Allow couriers to edit the route options affect the set of tools for route editing in the app.

You can also allow the courier to view routes for tomorrow by setting courier_edit_route_before_start_h
> 0. In this case, the courier will be able to view the route X hours before midnight. For example, if courier_edit_route_before_start_h
= 3, the courier will see the orders for tomorrow at 21:00 of the current day. The maximum value of the courier_edit_route_before_start_h
parameter is 96 hours.
To view or change the courier_edit_route_before_start_h
parameter value, contact support.
Editing routes for tomorrow
In addition to viewing tomorrow's route, the courier may need to change its order visit sequence in advance.
In addition to setting courier_edit_route_before_start_h
> 0, you need to enable the Allow couriers to edit the route option (see Updating depot information). The route becomes available for viewing and editing at the specified time before midnight.
