Order statuses
In-progress orders can have the following statuses:
Interface status | API status |
---|---|
Not approved | new |
Approved | confirmed |
Delivered | finished |
Partially delivered | partially_finished |
Cancelled | cancelled |
Couldn't reach by phone | postponed |
An order is sent to Track & Trace with the Not approved or Approved status. The logistics coordinator sees the current order status on the dashboard. Any following changes to the order status are done either via the Yandex Courier app or as a result of automatic delivery detection through a GPS tracker.
If a courier receives a Not approved order, the courier or dispatcher needs to call the client to confirm the delivery window and then change the status to Approved.
If the courier or dispatcher can't reach the client by phone, they change the order status to Couldn't reach by phone.
The client can reschedule the order. If the company has allowed changing the delivery interval by courier, the courier can independently change the order time window in the mobile app.
Once the order is delivered to the client (or received from the client), the order status changes to Delivered (either the courier does it manually via the app, or as a result of automatic delivery detection).
If the company has partial delivery enabled, the courier can mark the order as Partially delivered.
If the client doesn't accept the delivery or moves it to another day (outside the planned route), the courier changes the order status to Canceled.
If you are using GPS trackers, the order status automatically changes to Delivered, providing the company has enabled automatic delivery detection and the conditions for order visit detection are met (the courier stays within the detection radius for a certain amount of time).
