Courier push notifications
Couriers get push notification on their mobile device when:
- They are assigned a route or routes.
- They have to call a client.
- Their signal disappears.
Note
Couriers receive all notifications by default.
Conditions for receiving push notifications
For the courier to receive notifications:
Logistics coordinator:
- Specify the courier's phone number in the interface (for more information, see Couriers).
- Pass the Track & Trace username to the courier.
Courier:
- Install the Yandex Courier mobile app.
- Register in the app with the username received from the logistics coordinator.
- Allow the app to send push notifications.

Warning
Push notifications are standard for all companies and can't be changed.
If you need to set a time window, contact support.
Route assignment

If a courier is assigned a route:
- When the route is created with that courier.
- When the route's courier is reassigned.
The notification is sent right after the routes are uploaded to Track & Trace.
Note
If a courier is assigned multiple routes, they will receive a separate notification for each one.

The recipient must be called prior to the delivery. This is necessary for orders that were uploaded to Track & Trace without prior agreement with the client (for more information, see Order status when uploading routes).
A notification about the call is sent to the courier

seconds before the estimated time of arrival (ETA). By default, the time is 1800 seconds (30 minutes).
Lost signal from the courier

GPS signal is lost. Your location is no longer shared.
- Conditions for sending

The server stops receiving coordinates from the courier on the route (reasons may include disabled background geolocation or the app being closed).
A notification is sent if no coordinates are received over
X
seconds. By default, the time is 180 seconds (3 minutes).
Scheduled end time of the route

The planned route end time is in 1 hour.
- Conditions for sending

The route is nearing its scheduled end time, but the courier is still traveling.
It is 1 hour before the route's scheduled end time.
Downtime notification

The courier stays in one place for a long time instead of moving along the planned route (for more information, see Courier downtime).
The notification is sent right after the downtime start. By default, the time is 1800 seconds (30 minutes).
