Explanation for some of them:
Observers: Companies that have access to monitor order delivery. Defined when orders are uploaded to the system.
Order handling time: The time set for the courier to be at the delivery point, including the time for handing the order to the customer. Defined when orders are uploaded to the system. By tracking this indicator, you can determine the most optimal delivery time and plan routes more accurately.
Handling time at location: If there are several orders at the same address, they can be combined into a multi-order. Delivery times for each order will be summed up. The result comprises time for document exchange or parking. The maximum time spent on all orders in the multi-order is taken into account.
