Orders

The Orders section contains a table with detailed statistics on orders. You can use it to:

  • Find an order using the search bar.
  • Filter orders by date and status.
  • View orders with upcoming delays.
  • Export data.
  • Customize the table view.
  • View order details.

Look at the field names — they often tell you what to type in.

Explanation for some of them:

  • Observers: Companies that have access to monitor order delivery. Defined when orders are uploaded to the system.
  • Order handling time: The time set for the courier to be at the delivery point, including the time for handing the order to the client. Set when uploading orders to the system. By tracking this indicator, you can determine the most optimal delivery time and plan routes more accurately.
  • Handling time at location: If there are several orders at the same address, they can be combined into a multi-order. Delivery times for each order will be summed up. The result comprises time for document exchange or parking. The maximum time spent on all orders in the multi-order is taken into account.

Table view setup

To configure the display and order of columns, click . This opens a section with a list of columns where you can:

  • Show or hide individual columns.
  • Drag and drop columns to reorder them.
  • Click Reset to cancel your changes.

Adjust the column width to make sure all important elements fit on the page:

  1. Hover over the column name. You'll see the  icon next to it.
  2. Click and hold the left mouse button to hover over the icon.
  3. Move left and right to change the width.

Operations with the list of orders

Find an order in the general list

Enter the order number, client name, or part of the delivery address in the Search box.

View data for any date

Select how to set a date:

  • Choose one of the predefined options: Yesterday, Today, or Tomorrow.
  • Left-click on the date field and select its value in the calendar.
  • Enter the date in the Search box.
Filter orders

Filter the table data by selecting one or several order statuses in the Order status field.

Available statuses
  • All statuses
  • Delivered on time
  • Partially delivered
  • Delivered earlier
  • Delivered later
  • Is late
  • As planned
  • Refusal
  • No forecast
  • Couldn't reach by phone

If you want to view only soon-to-be-delivered orders with a delay, click Upcoming delays. Click the button again to reset the filter.

Customize table view

Click and configure the display of columns.

Open the order card

Click on the order number in the list.

Note

If the courier was deleted from the system, “Courier deleted” is displayed instead of their username. You can see the deleted courier's username in the order card. The button for adding an order isn't displayed for deleted couriers.

Order card

The card contains:

  • Detailed information about the order.
  • Photos if the courier uploaded any.
  • A map that shows the courier's location.
  • Tools for updating and deleting the order and contacting the courier.
Example

The courier can change order coordinates in the app. The changes will be reflected in the report.

Note

If the order is assigned to a courier who was removed from the system, the Write to courier button isn't displayed in the order.

Recipient name.

Order status set by the courier.

Address*

Order address (if explicitly specified). Click the link to go to Yandex Maps.

Weight*

Order weight (if specified).

Order location time zone*

Time zone of the order delivery location.

Date*

Order date.

Delivery window*

Order time window.

Approved

Time when the order was approved.

Courier expected arrival time

Estimated arrival time at the recipient.

Delivered / Cancelled

Time when the order was delivered or canceled.

Delay

Actual time of delay.

Order handling time*

The time set for the courier to be at the delivery point, including the time for parking and delivery of the order.

Handling time at location

If there are several orders at the same address, the time for their  delivery is summed up.

Courier*

ID of the courier who is delivering the order.

Click the link to go to the courier card.

Client's phone number*

Phone number in international format for contacting the client: country code and subscriber number, but no more than 14 characters. For example, +15551234567. If the client has multiple numbers, specify them separated by commas. The maximum number of characters (spaces, brackets, commas, and the + sign) is 80. If a client has several numbers, the Yandex Courier app will let the courier choose which one to call. No SMS notification is sent in this case.

Comment*

Additional information about the order, location details, and so on.

Delivery confirmation radius

Radius, in meters, from the order location within which the order is considered completed.

Defined in the company settings if Automatic delivery detection is enabled.

Delivery tracking

Route information

To view the current delivery route, click the link in the Courier field.

To send a delivery tracking link to a client:

  1. Open the order card.

  2. In the Tracking link field, click Get link.

  3. To copy the link, click .

    Clicking the link will open the delivery tracking widget. It contains information about the order status, estimated delay time, order queue, and order history.
