Delivery rating

A good delivery is more than just making sure the courier makes it to the client — it's also about the overall quality of the delivery service. With RouteQ, you can can receive feedback on completed orders from your clients. To do this, enable the following options:

  • Feedback button (available by default with no extra charge): The client will be able to contact your delivery service by phone or email.
  • Delivery rating form (charged separately): The client will be able to leave a rating on a scale from 1 to 5 and add a comment.

With RouteQ's delivery feedback feature, you get:
