Setting up
You can add an option to rate the delivery and write a comment to the feedback button. This option is charged separately. To enable the option, contact support.
Rating by client
When a courier leaves a depot, or at a certain moment before they arrive at the delivery location (for example, 30 minutes before), an SMS notification is sent to the client. If a delivery feedback option is enabled, the SMS also contains a link to a page where the client can leave a rating and write a comment. To change the rating or comment, they would need to follow the link again. The system displays the last rating and last comment for each order.
Routing workspace view
The logistics coordinator can view the rating and comment via the order card in the routing workspace.
Exporting a feedback report
You can view order ratings and reviews in the Сourier performance report and export them to Excel.
