External links in the feedback form

With RouteQ, you can can receive feedback on completed orders from your clients. If external links are enabled, the feedback form may contain a link to an external service instead of a phone number or email. The link can lead to things like a survey form (Yandex, Google, VK), cashless tipping service, or messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp).

To enable the option, contact support.
