# External links in the feedback form

With RouteQ, you can can receive feedback on completed orders from your clients. If external links are enabled, the [feedback form](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/delivery/interface/company.md#feedback-sections) may contain a link to an external service instead of a phone number or email. The link can lead to things like a survey form (Yandex, Google, VK), cashless tipping service, or messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp).

All RouteQ does is facilitate the redirecting to external links. Companies handle receiving and processing feedback from clients on their own.
