Manage orders

You can find a table with detailed order information in the Orders section. By default, you'll see all existing orders sorted by delivery date.

Orders with inaccurate addresses are marked with . Orders with no address are marked with .

Here, you can:

  • Import orders from Excel.
  • Add an order manually.
  • Search for orders.
  • Filter orders by date, address, and status.
  • Customize the table view.
  • View order details.
  • Edit orders.

Look at the field names — they often tell you what to type in.

Import orders from Excel

Here's how to import orders from an Excel file:

  1. Go to Orders.

  2. Click Upload from Excel.

  3. Download and fill out the template.

  4. Select a delivery date for the orders.

  5. Click Upload.

Alert

You can import up to 500 orders into one table.

In case of upload errors, download the error file, fix the errors, and upload the fixed file.

Cells that contain errors are marked in red and accompanied by comments. You can filter the search results by color.

Common errors

  • The file contains more than 500 orders.

  • Invalid file format: only the .xlsx and .xls file extensions are supported.

  • Required fields are empty. List of required fields:

    • Address
    • Phone
  • Invalid cell format.

    You can use the General cell format for all fields. To specify the time or date, you can use the Text, Time or Date cell formats.

  • Invalid field format.

  • Invalid column name. For example, adress instead of address.

  • The Orders sheet is missing from the file.

Add an order manually

  1. Go to Orders.

  2. Click Add order.

  3. You can fill in the Recipient's address* field using one of the following methods:

    • Type in the address.

    • Select the location on the map. The selected location will appear in the Recipient's address field.

      You can move the order marker if needed — the address updates automatically.

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • Delivery date*
    • Delivery time*
    • Recipient name*
    • Recipient's phone number*
    • Comments
  5. Click Add.

To add an order using the map:

  1. Click the location on the map. The selected location will appear in the Recipient's address field.

  2. You can move the order marker if needed — the address updates automatically.

Table

In the table, you can sort orders using the Delivery date and Creation date columns. To do this, click on the column name.

To search the table, enter your query in the Search field.

You can also filter orders:

By order creation date and delivery date
You can apply these filters separately or together.
By address
Select one or both:
  • No address: Orders where the recipient's address is not specified.
  • With inaccurate address: Orders where the system could not locate the exact address.
By status
Select one or more delivery statuses:
  • New
  • Planned

Customize the column display

  1. Click .
  2. Show or hide specific columns.

The Address field can't be hidden.

Edit an order

Note

You can edit the recipient's address, delivery date, and delivery time only for orders whose delivery has not been planned yet.

  1. Go to Orders.

  2. Select the order.

  3. Enter a new value in the field you want to change.

  4. Click Save.

You can also edit the order address by moving the order marker to the desired location.

Delete an order

Alert

You can only delete orders that are not used in routes.

  1. Go to Orders.

  2. Select the order.

  3. Click Delete.
