You can also assign orders to couriers using the map. To do this, drag the order marker to the route of the courier.
If there are orders assigned to the courier, a colored indicator corresponding to the route on the map will appear to the left of the courier's name. The number of orders assigned to the courier is displayed to the right of the courier's name.

Orders with no address
You can't assign orders that don't have an address. To add an address:
Click Specify address and select an order.
Fill in the Recipient's address field in the order form.
Click Save.
The order will be added to Unassigned orders.
Unassigned orders
Marked with . Click the order icon on the map to view it in the "Unassigned orders" list.
To select multiple unassigned orders at once, press Shift and select the orders. You can also use the lasso tool: click to the right of the map or hold down L on the keyboard and circle the area with unassigned orders.
You can assign the selected orders to a courier. To do this, select the courier from the list.
Assigned orders
Orders are color-coded to help you identify which courier route they are assigned to. To select an order on the route, click the order's icon on the map. You can reassign the selected order to a different courier, delete it from the route, or change its number in the delivery queue. For more information, see Edit a courier route.
Edit a courier route
To change the delivery queue for the route:
Go to Route planning.
Select a route using one of following methods:
Select a courier from the list.
Click on the route line on the map.
Hold down the icon to the left of the order and drag it to the desired location in the list.
To reassign an order to a different courier:
Select the order and click Assign to courier.
Choose a courier.
If you want to delete an order from the route, click Delete from route.
To optimize the delivery queue, click Optimize order of locations.
You can also optimize all routes. To do this:
Go to Route planning.
Click Optimize routes.
View routes from a past date
To view a route from a past date:
Go to Route planning.
Select the date of the route.
You can delete undelivered orders from the route. Select them and click Delete from route. After this, you can edit these orders and plan their delivery again.
