A courier can now visit any of the depots you specified when planning. To enable this feature, we added the allow_all_depots property. For more information, see Working with all depots.

Return conditions for containers and equipment

You can now use custom_properties in orders to make the courier ignore additional orders at locations that aren't linked to any primary orders. For more information, see Return conditions for containers and equipment.

Deliver grouped orders in sequence

You can now deliver grouped orders in a strictly defined sequence. To do this, use the ordered parameter. For more information, see Order grouping.

Optimize transportation costs

You can now influence the sequence of completing orders to optimize the route cost. To do this, specify the delivery cost of a single order or a single user unit per kilometer of travel in the vehicle properties. For more information, see Optimization of transportation costs.

Cancel depot visits in the Yandex Courier app

You can now cancel a visit to a depot, including an intermediate one, in the mobile app.

Set detection radius for depot orders

In the depot settings, you can now set a detection radius: when a courier gets within this radius, the order is automatically marked as delivered. For more information, see Parameter description.

Enable SMS notifications

Updated the template of SMS notifications about delivery status.

Display a courier's location in the widget

Added an option in the company settings to make the widget display the courier's location.

Set the minimum custom_value

In the advanced cost settings, you can now specify the minimum custom_value on top of the maximum one. To do that, use the min_custom_value field.

Schedule a break before the last run

You can now schedule a break before the last run in a courier's shift.

Track delivery efficiency

Added a new report: Delivery efficiency. You can use it to display a dashboard with the summary of delivery data for a period of time you select. For more information, see Delivery efficiency.

Set axle weight

You can now plot routes taking into account the Axle weight, t (axle_weight) parameter. If a truck's axle weight exceeds the load allowed for a road, the vehicle will take a detour. For more information, see Vehicle properties.

Order-related breaks

Added new break types:

• before_first: A break before the start of the first order.
• after_last: A break after completing the last order.

Capacity restrictions for drop_off orders and depots

You can now restrict the capacity of an unloading location (pickup_capacity) or depot (delivery_capacity) by weight, dimensions, or the number of units.

Split breaks with extension

You can now split a break into several parts and set a minimum time for them. The sum of the parts of a split break can exceed its total duration. For more information, see Splitting breaks.

Deprecation of certain break parameters

Some of the parameters for couriers' working hours have been deprecated:

• Break place.
• Conditions for combining breaks.
• Conditions for planning a break.
• Conditions for starting a break (only the old format has been deprecated).

Export solutions to Track & Trace via the API with a single request

Exporting planned solutions to Track & Trace via the API has been made more convenient. You can now do it with a single request to the routes-import resource. For more information, see Export via the API.

Order delivery without geofences

Added the ignore_zones_compatibility option. Use it to remove restrictions by geofence for one or more orders in a route. For more information, see Order incompatibility and geofences.

New format for setting break start conditions

You can now set:

• Soft (soft_time_range) and hard (hard_time_range) time windows of breaks.
• Preferred time until break (desired_work_duration).
• Additional time intervals affecting the break start (break_type).

Trailerless delivery

Added an option for leaving the trailer to deliver orders that can't be delivered with the trailer attached. For more information, see Using a trailer.

Different breaks for shifts

In addition to setting breaks for couriers, you can now also set them for each shift individually. For more information, see Breaks.

Cost in dense routes

Added the proximity_edge_cost option for setting the cost per hour of work and per kilometer in dense routes. For more information, see Advanced cost settings.

Solution on the map

You can now open solutions on the map from Routing Workspace. To open the map, click Export → JSON → Map in the Planning interface.

Smooth courier tracks

Added the technology that removes sharp jumps in GPS coordinates. To see the route without smoothing, enable the Show the route by actual GPS coordinates option. For more information, see Courier route information.

Phone number for calls from the mobile app

You can now enter a phone number as a link in the order comments. The courier will be able to call it by clicking the link. For more information, see Order ID.

Limit working hours per shift

You can now set a courier's maximum working hours per shift. Use the max_working_duration_s and hard_max_working_duration_s parameters to set a soft or hard restriction, respectively. For more information, see Maximum shift duration.

Break presets

You can now set a courier's working hours using a parameter that features a predefined set of settings. For more information, see Break presets.

Prompt delivery of large parts of the order

Added a setting for delivering large parts of orders before smaller ones. It's charged for each pair of order parts that were delivered by one courier, but the smaller part was delivered before the larger one. For more information, see Prompt delivery of large parts of the order.

SKUs in order items

You can now set SKUs in order items. This change enables you to upload the same product with different price and quantity, but with the same SKU. For more information, see Order items.
