# Manage orders
In the order card, you can view order details, call the customer, and mark the order as completed.
## View order details {#choose-order}
Open the order card according to your selected [route view](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/rq-app/functions/routes.md#variant) in the app.

3. To see the details:
* Drag the control element at the bottom of the screen up.
* Tap in the order card.

### Order card {#order-details}
Order cards are made up of multiple cells:

1. Delivery sequence number in the route.
1. Information about the customer.
1. Timeframe for completing the order.
1. Order status.
1. Button for calling the customer. The button won't be displayed if the phone number has a wrong [format](../../delivery/interface/orders#order-card-table).
1. Order number assigned during planning.
1. Order comment.
1. Order delivery address.
1. Button for changing the order address on the map.
1. Order weight (if specified).
1. Indication that the order needs to be picked up from the customer.
1. External order number.
1. Delivery address. Displayed if the orders are [related](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/vrp/properties-of-orders.md#pickup-and-delivery).
1. Menu for changing the order status: **Completed** or **Canceled**.
1. Tap **Completed** if the order was delivered in full or in part.
1. Tap **Navigation** to plot a route to the order in [Yandex Navigator](https://yandex.com/support/navigator/en/), [Yandex Maps](https://yandex.com/support/m-maps/en/), or RouteQ.
1. The element appears when multiple orders are located at the same address. Use it when handling [multi-orders](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/vrp/properties-of-orders.md#multi-orders).
1. Use this button to send a message with order details. For more information, see [Share order details](#share-order).
When an order changes its status to **Completed** or **Canceled**, only the completion time and the customer's address are displayed in its card. To see the customer's phone number, [reopen the task](#orders-delivery).
#### Share order details {#share-order}

By default, the **Share order details** button is only available to [RouteQ Lite](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/lite/guide/) clients.
If you need to share order details, but there's no button, contact your logistics coordinator.

Use this button to share a message with order details:
- With your contacts in messengers or via SMS.
- Via the social media you use.
Information that's sent in the message:
- Order number.
- External customer number.
- Courier's phone.
- Customer contact information.
- Delivery address.
- Order status.
- Delivery time.
#### Adding photos {#photo}

Only [RouteQ](https://yandex.com/courier) clients can add photos.

If you need to attach photos in order to confirm the delivery or show that the order has been damaged, you can use this widget in the order card:
1. Open the order card.
1. Tap **Add photo** .
1. Select an action:
- **Take photo** — Take one or multiple photos from the app.
-  — Add one or multiple photos from the gallery.
- — Go back to the order card.
1. After selecting the photos, tap **Done**. The photos will be displayed in the preview.
2. Tap **Done** to add the photo(s) to the order.
You can attach no more than 10 photos at a time. There is no limit on the total number of photos in the order card. You will not be able to attach photos without an internet connection. Try doing it again once you're online.

You can also add photos to the depot card, such as when you need to confirm the receipt of orders at the depot or to prove the return of items.

To add a photo to the existing ones:
1. Open the order card.
1. Tap .
1. Repeat steps 3 through 5 following the instructions above to add a photo.
To delete a photo:
1. Open the order card.
1. Tap on the thumbnail of the photo you wish to remove.
## Update order status {#orders-delivery}
To mark the current status of an order in your route, open the order card and select one of the options:
* **Completed**, if the order has been successfully delivered.
* → **Canceled**, if the order couldn't be delivered.

You can't mark an order as completed if it has related pickup orders that are still active. First, specify the status of the related orders.

When the status of the order changes to **Completed** or **Canceled**, you can see the time when that happened in the order details.
To return a completed order to active status, open it and tap **Reopen task**.
## Multi-orders {#multiorder}
If you have multiple orders associated with the same address, they will be combined into a single multi-order.
