# Manage routes

After [logging in to the app](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/rq-app/install.md), you can see the routes that have been assigned to you.

A route is a list of orders or tasks that includes all the locations and the sequence in which to visit them.

Routes will be displayed in the app, if:

* The phone number linked to your account is registered in the [RouteQ](https://yandex.com/courier) system. For more information, see [Settings](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/rq-app/install.md#courier-settings).

* Your username in the system:

    * Matches the phone number.
    * Is specified correctly in the app settings under **My companies**.

  For more information, see [Routes](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/rq-app/install.md#courier-routes).

{% note info %}

If you don't see your assigned routes:

* Make sure you've logged in with the correct phone number. Switch accounts, if necessary. For more information, see [Settings](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/rq-app/install.md#courier-settings).
* Ask your manager to add your phone number in the [RouteQ](https://yandex.com/courier) system.
* Make sure your username is specified correctly in the app.

{% endnote %}

Each route shows the following general information:

1. Route status:

   * **Not started**: The route was assigned, but the courier hasn't started it yet.
   * **In progress**: The courier has started the route.
   * **Completed**: The courier has completed work on the orders in the route.

1. Time remaining until the start of the route.

   If the route is scheduled for tomorrow or later, you'll see how much time is left until the start.

1. Number of tasks: Orders and depots that need to be visited.
1. Scheduled route start time: Calculated automatically and equals the start time set in Track & Trace. If that time isn't specified, the route start is determined by the beginning of the time window for the first order.
1. Scheduled route end time: Calculated automatically and equals the end time set in Track & Trace. If that time isn't specified, the route end is determined by the end of the time window for the latest order.
1. The route's date and day of the week.
1. Company name.

To view the details of the route, tap **View**.

## View a route {#variant}

There are two route views you can toggle between: map view (default) and list view. You can switch the view at the top of the screen.

When you're ready to start completing orders, tap **Start route**. For more information, see [Update order status](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/rq-app/orders.md#orders-delivery).

{% list tabs %}

- Map

  The map shows:

  1. Start (depot) and end of the route.
  1. Your order location. The number on the icon corresponds to the order number in the route sequence.

  General information about the route is displayed at the bottom of the map.

  You can navigate the map by moving its visible parts around. To adjust the zoom, pinch your fingers in or out.

- Order list

  In the list view, your route's depots and orders appear in the order you need to visit them.

  You can call the customer or plot a route to the order. To do this, tap:

  - ![](_images/button-call.svg) to call the customer.
  - ![](_images/button-navi.svg) **Navigation** to open the route in the navigator.

  ![](_images/route-as-list.png =300x){style="border: solid 1px #cccccc; max-width: 800px;"}{.container-gallery}

  You can switch between navigation systems. To do this, on the screen with routes in the **Settings** section, tap ![](./_images/button-navi.svg) **Navigation** and select the option you need: RouteQ, [Yandex Navigator](https://yandex.com/support/navigator/en/), or [Yandex Maps](https://yandex.com/support/m-maps/en/). For more information, see [Settings](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/rq-app/install.md#courier-settings).

{% endlist %}
