# Registration

To plan routes in RouteQ, register your company in the [service](https://yandex.com/courier/) first.

If your company already has a RouteQ account, ask the administrator to [add you as a manager](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/delivery/interface/managers.md#add-user). Don't register the company again.

## Before you register {#before-registration}

Create a separate account to access the service. Don't use your personal account: you may need to share the username and password with your co-workers later.

1. Go to [Yandex ID](https://passport.yandex.com/).
2. Create a new account. For more information, see [Account registration](https://yandex.com/support/id/authorization/registration.html).

This account will have administrator rights and enable you to grant access to [other users](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/delivery/interface/managers.md#add-user). The service [access key](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/vrp/authorization.md#api-key) will be linked to it automatically.

## Register a new company  {#company-creation}

1. Open [RouteQ](https://yandex.com/courier).
1. Click **Log in** to log in with your Yandex ID.
1. Fill out the registration form. You'll be prompted to fill it out only if your Yandex ID is not linked to any other company.

1. Click **Submit**. We'll contact you shortly to confirm your company's registration and provide you with trial access to RouteQ.
