Waybills
You can download the planning results as waybills (for example, if you don't use Track & Trace or your couriers don't have the Yandex Courier app installed).
Export via the interface
Direct link export
On the page with the resulting solution:
- Click Export in the upper-right corner.
- Select Waybills.
https://yandex.ru/courier/companies/<company_id>/depots/all/mvrp/<task_id>/export/excel-route-list, where:

<company_id>is the company ID. You can find it in Settings → Company → Company ID. -
<task_id>is the taskid.
The resulting export can be printed and given to the courier.
Note
During planning, specify depot addresses to have them displayed in the waybill.
A separate waybill is generated for each run, containing the following information:
Run details
- Vehicle ID: ID of the vehicle or courier.
- Driver/courier ID: Courier's username in the Yandex Courier app.
- Number: Number of the run.
- Date: Planning date.
- Route length, km: Total length of the route.
- Total weight, kg: Total weight of the orders.
- Total volume, m³: Total volume of the orders in cubic meters.
- Route start time: Planned time of starting a route.
- Route end time: Planned time of finishing a route.
- Duration: Planned duration of a route.
- Vehicle capacity: Number of cargo units used, vehicle capacity. Displayed if capacity is used in the task.
Order and route location information
- No.: Ordinal number of a route location.
- Order number: ID of an order or route location.
- Location type: Depot, order, trailer rolling, decoupling, and coupling location (for vehicles with a trailer).
- Address: Address of the order or depot.
- Customer/Depot: Name of the customer or depot.
- Phone: Customer's phone number.
- Time window: Time window of the order or depot.
- Comments: Comments to the order.
- Units: Number of units in the order.
- Weight, kg: Order weight.
- Volume, m³: Order volume in cubic meters.
- Signature: Signature of the responsible person.
