Order statuses

During the delivery process, orders can have the following statuses:

Status in the interface Status in the API
Not approved new
Approved confirmed
Delivered finished
Partially delivered partially_finished
Cancelled cancelled
Couldn't reach by phone postponed
Status in the interface Status in the API

Couldn't reach by phone postponed

The order is passed to Track & Trace in the Not approved or Approved status. The logistics coordinator can see the current order status on the dashboard. Any further changes to the order status are made either through the Yandex Courier app or using automatic delivery detection via the GPS tracker.

If the order was transferred with the Not approved status, the courier or dispatcher needs to call the customer and confirm the order's time window, and then change the order status to Approved.

If the courier or dispatcher can't reach the customer, they change the order status to Couldn't reach by phone.

The customer can reschedule the order. If changing courier delivery interval is enabled for the company, the courier can change the time window of the order in the mobile app.

After the order is delivered to the customer (or received from the customer), the order status changes to Delivered, which is done either manually in the app by the courier, or through automatic delivery detection.

If the partial delivery option is enabled for the company, the courier can mark the order as Partially delivered.

If the customer doesn't accept the delivery or postpones it to another day (outside the planned route), the courier changes the order status to Cancelled.
