Courier mileage
Mileage is the distance that the courier traveled along the route.
After the route is completed, you can view the mileage in the Plan/Fact report. You can also view the mileage in real time via the API, by sending a request to route-info. The actual current mileage in meters is shown in the total_transit_distance_m field.
When working with mileage, note:
- When using the API, mileage is updated every 5 minutes.
- The actual road mileage is not measured; instead, the straight-line distance between the route locations on the courier's track is. Location coordinates can be sent using the Yandex Courier app, GPS tracker, or API.
