Routes

A route is a list of orders that includes all the delivery locations and the order to visit them in.

Choosing routes

  1. Tap on the top left of the screen and go to the Settings menu.

  2. Tap Choose a route.

  3. Find the route you need and tap Select.

  4. Your orders will appear on the map as well as the order list.

Tip. If you handle orders for multiple companies and don't see any routes in your order list, make sure you selected the correct company and username first. You can change your company and login in the Courier settings menu if necessary.

Viewing routes

Your routes are displayed on the map and the order list. The map view is enabled by default. You can swap between Map / List view types at the top of the screen.

The map shows:

  1. Your depot.
  2. Your order location. The number on the icon corresponds to the order sequence for your route.
  3. Courier's current location
  4. Timeline with orders and depots.
  5. The courier's position on the timeline.

You can explore the map by moving the visible part of the map around. The zoom in or out, pinch your fingers in or out.

You can switch between orders via the timeline (4) at the bottom of the screen:

  1. Slide the timescale to the left or right.
  2. Find an order or depot.
  3. Click the icon. The visible area of the map will jump to the selected order or depot with the corresponding icon highlighted in red on the timeline and the map.
