Changing the courier delivery interval
Couriers can change the order delivery interval in the mobile app. For example, the courier called the client and agreed on another time.
If company couriers only deliver orders in the approved time intervals, with other employees communicating with recipients, you can disable the option that allows the couriers to change delivery intervals. The option is enabled and disabled for all company couriers.
To disable or enable this option, as well as to find out its status, contact support. The updated setting will take effect after the courier restarts their app.
