Delivery confirmation by photo

Description

The courier can attach photos to an order via the Yandex Courier app. This is done, for example, to confirm an order was delivered or to report a damaged package.

How it works

In the routing workspace interface

In the routing workspace, go to the order card. If photos were added to the order, you can see a gallery in the upper-right corner.

Element Description
Preview window The photo that the courier sent via the app.
Date and time The date and time when the photo was uploaded to the app.
Mark on the map A link to the map where the courier's location is marked at the time when the photo was sent.
Thumbnail gallery Thumbnails for switching between photos.

Note.

Photos are stored for 6 months. During this time, you can return to the order and check its details.
